Located in Dubai, the Lifestyle Concierge Executive will act as a dedicated account manager for our members. This role is pivotal in managing and fulfilling travel and lifestyle requests, ensuring the highest level of member satisfaction. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or high-end customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: Serve as the main contact for members, addressing their needs and requests with utmost attention and care.
• Travel and Lifestyle Planning: Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities that comply with Halal standards.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver superior service by understanding and anticipating member needs, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
• Language Proficiency: Utilize high proficiency in English; additional language skills are a significant asset.
• Islamic Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of Islamic principles and values, applying this understanding to cater to the unique needs of Muslim travelers.
• Technology and Software Skills: Efficiently use travel booking software and CRM systems for meticulous management of member accounts and requests.
• Handling High-End Clients: Employ expertise in dealing with affluent clients, showing an ability to comprehend and fulfill their sophisticated demands.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, travel consultancy, or similar roles.
• High proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with travel software and CRM tools.
