We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, building and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships, and executing effective sales strategies across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain KPIs and Sales Targets: Regularly monitor and achieve set KPIs and sales targets, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies across various channels, including direct sales, digital marketing, and networking events, to expand the customer base and achieve sales objectives.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Alif Voyage memberships and articulate their benefits to potential customers.
- Market Analysis: Continuously assess market trends and customer needs, adapting sales strategies to align with industry dynamics.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in Insurance, Hospitality, or Travel & Tourism.
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic or Urdu/Hindi.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep knowledge of Islamic values and the significance of Halal travel.
